Judith Cartwright is an innovative and passionate hospitality professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. With over 20 years of experience in revenue management, she has garnered a reputation for achieving exceptional results by taking an innovative approach to traditional practices. She has worked with renowned companies like Starwood and Minor International in various countries, including the United States, Malaysia, and Thailand. At Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai, Judith established the revenue optimization structure and later became SVP Global Revenue Optimization for Kerzner International. In 2021, she seized the opportunity to launch her own consulting firm, Black Coral Consulting, and is committed to helping clients succeed through her wealth of experience and extensive Middle East network. In June this year, under Judith’s leadership, Black Coral Consulting was honoured with the prestigious title of “Best Luxury Hotel Consultancy in the UAE” by MEA Markets.
Tara Colpitts is a Senior Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa Market Management, Lodging at Expedia Group. Over the past 20 years, Tara has followed her passion of travel by prioritising it in her career. She has led sales and account management teams for Expedia, Hilton, Coast Hotels and Red Mountain Resort across Europe and Canada. Tara also enjoyed teaching at Capilano University in the Tourism Faculty. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Business and a Masters Degree in International and Intercultural Communications. She lives in London with her family.
